Synopsis (Happy Ending Version)

Act I (Scene 1 & 2)
In a court alive with celebration, Prince Siegfried stands at the threshold of adulthood, yet his heart remains restless. Amid festivity and expectation, he yearns not for duty, but for a love that is true and enduring. Drawn by an unspoken longing, he departs for the quiet mystery of the forest.

By a moonlit lake of shimmering stillness, a vision appears: swans who, beneath the night’s enchantment, become maidens. Among them is Odette, their radiant queen, bound by Rothbart’s spell—swan by day, woman by night. Only a vow of faithful love can release her.
Moved beyond reason, Siegfried offers his heart, and in that fragile moment, hope begins to awaken.

Act II (Scene 3 & 4)
Within the grandeur of the palace, celebration turns to illusion. Rothbart returns in cunning disguise, presenting Odile, whose beauty mirrors Odette’s but conceals a darker truth. Ensnared by deception, Siegfried declares his love to the false bride.Too late, he sees through the spell—his promise broken, his beloved betrayed.

The lake bears silent witness to sorrow as Siegfried returns, seeking forgiveness beneath the same pale moon. Odette, though wounded, still loves him. Their bond, tested and unbroken, kindles a courage stronger than despair. Confronting Rothbart, Siegfried shatters the sorcerer’s power, and with it, the curse dissolves.

At dawn, the spell is lifted. Odette is restored, no longer bound by shadow, and the swan maidens are freed. Love, steadfast and redeemed, triumphs at last—uniting Odette and Siegfried in a future bathed in light.
