Pilates Lesson

Youth (age 10+) & Adults

Pilates helps dancers keep their normal muscle tone, core strength, and flexibility while protecting their injury due to the low-impact nature of the method. Additionally, it helps to prevent injuries by strengthening supportive muscles and correcting imbalances from daily training. Pilates is a wonderful exercise and strengthening option for dancers because it builds long and lean muscles.

Students will also learn to better understand their bodies and balance the high physical demands of their ballet training with strengthening and conditioning of Pilates cross-training with Alex Kramer, Ballet Master and Pilates Instructor.

Private Training (60 minutes)

  • $100 per person for RMSB Students & Families

  • $120 per person for Non-RMSB Students and Adults

Duet (60 minutes)

  • $80 per person for RMSB Students & Families

  • $90 per person for Non-RMSB Students and Adults
